The QR does not need to be fancy. It needs to be there. Fill in one asset, generate a real scannable code, and print the tag. Scan it with any phone to see the record. This is the whole move: sticker to record, record to next action.
Do not put secrets in a QR code. For real assets, point the code at a record behind your login. Never encode customer data, access codes, or account numbers. This demo encodes only the non-sensitive info you type.
